How to Delete Backup Created Before Deep Clean?


First, we would like to tell you that considering the significance of your data, PhoneClean creates full backups prior to any cleaning action. Upon doing so, even you mistakenly deleted some of useful personal data, like an important message or other valuable photos; you can get them back by restoring your device to any appointed backup point. It will be appreciated for your kind understanding for that.

If you really do not want to keep the backup, please refer to the tutorial to delete it permanently.

If you are using PC, here is the path that backup located:

C:\Users\{computer name}\AppData\Roaming\iMobie\PhoneClean\DeviceBackup

If you are using Mac, here is the path of backup located:

Open Finder > Go > Go to Folder > Enter: ~/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup/ > Go.

Why I Can’t Download iMobie Product on My iPhone/iPad/iPad Touch?

Some customers send mail to tell us that they are unable to download iMobie product, like PhoneClean, AnyTrans, PhoneRescue on their iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch. They feel confused about this issue. You will get the answer after reading this passage.


We would like to clarify that all our products are desktop based programs, but they can be used to for iOS devices, such as iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch. Thus, please install our product on your computer first and then connect your device with it via USB cable. Next, you can use it.

How to Recover Lost Data from iCloud Drive?

PhoneRescue helps users to recover data via exporting data from iCloud Drive even without iDevice at hand. It lets you easily retrieve PPT, Excel, PDF file, Pictures and other files you lost. How to Solve PhoneClean 103 Error Code Issue?

Step 1: Connect your device to computer first > on the main interface of PhoneClean, click Restore button.

Step 2 Check which backup you want PhoneClean to restore.
