Why I Can’t Download iMobie Product on My iPhone/iPad/iPad Touch?

Some customers send mail to tell us that they are unable to download iMobie product, like PhoneClean, AnyTrans, PhoneRescue on their iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch. They feel confused about this issue. You will get the answer after reading this passage.


We would like to clarify that all our products are desktop based programs, but they can be used to for iOS devices, such as iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch. Thus, please install our product on your computer first and then connect your device with it via USB cable. Next, you can use it.
