How to Make Your iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch Be Detected by PhoneClean

Some users complain that nothing happens when they connect their iDevice to computer. Do you encounter this issue when using PhoneClean? If so, please refer to this help page to tackle this issue soon. Here are our suggestions for you:

1.    Please make sure iTunes can read your device properly and please also Trust this computer when the device is connected. If not, please reinstall your iTunes.

          
3.    If problem continues, please give another USB cable a new try.
